James is a Chartered Engineer who spent his early career as an engineer officer in the UK military, working in aviation. During his time in the military James studied Psychology at degree and higher degree level with a focus on safety in aviation. James now works as a consultant for Baines Simmons specialising in Safety Culture, Human Performance and Human Error, and Risk Management
